What You’ll Be Doing

As a Leadcare Staff Nurse, you'll provide safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care, including:

• Assessing, planning and delivering individualised nursing care
• Administering and managing medication safely
• Monitoring residents and responding to changes in their condition
• Completing clinical observations and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting and supervising Healthcare Assistants and care staff
• Liaising with GPs, families and other healthcare professionals
• Following safeguarding, infection prevention and clinical procedures
• Maintaining dignity, safety and wellbeing at all times

What We're Looking For

To join our nursing team, you'll need:

• Valid NMC registration
• Minimum 6 months' recent nursing experience
• Right to work in the UK
• Good communication and clinical skills
• A professional, reliable and caring approach
• Flexibility to work across available placements
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable
