  • Organise and participate in nursery routines, including meal times, naps, outdoor play, and special events.
  • Contribute ideas and best practices to enhance nursery programmes and overall experiences.
  • Uphold nursery policies related to health & safety, equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Demonstrate initiative and leadership when needed, supporting both the team and the smooth running of the nursery.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification; support available for those wishing to achieve Level 3.
  • Proven experience in nursery or early childhood education settings.
  • Leadership or management experience within childcare is desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also showing initiative.
