Salary: ranging from £17-18 per hour
Hours: 37.5

Shift Times: 0900-1700

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Administrator who can support our mission and contribute positively to our community in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

Job Responsibilities:
As the Business Administrator, you will play a key role within our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of the home. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing professional software systems for various administrative functions.
  • Rota management for all departments ensuring safe staffing
  • Manage and coordinate staff training, ensuring the home remains compliant .
  • Providing HR support
  • Collaborating closely with the Home Administrator and finance for residents admissions
  • Manage and ensure compliance with Agency Staff
  • Provide accurate information on clinical staff requirements to the Home Manager for annual budget setting and contribute to the long-term planning of clinical staff.
  • Ensure that, when necessary, clinical staff liaise with relatives, social services and health professionals.
  • Assist in recruitment process for clinical staff. Oversee induction programmes to sign off probationary periods and identify training needs that may arise.
  • Oversee annual leave for Nursing and Care Staff.
  • Implement policies and procedures.
  • Attend the monthly management meeting.
  • Upholding the Christian ethos of the home while fostering a supportive environment for staff and residents.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A committed Christian, able to share and promote the Christian values of Green Pastures.
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the health and social care sector.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
