Introduction

We’re looking for an experienced supernumerary Clinical Lead to lead the clinical management at Linden House, in Lymington, Hampshire, our dedicated dementia nursing home with a reputation that is second to none.

Our residents live with moderate to high frailty needs and a diagnosis of dementia. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the best clinical care for residents while promoting their continued wellbeing and independence through delivery of our dementia strategy.

In addition, you’ll have a key role in the development of your nurse team and support of student nurses on placements.

If you want to be part of something truly special where there is opportunity to develop your career, we’d love you to apply. A member of our dedicated recruitment team will then be in touch to discuss the position in more detail. Informal discussions with our Clinical Managers and visits to the home can be arranged.

You’ll have excellent clinical skills with sound judgement and great communication, able to lead with a “can-do” attitude. Ideally, you’ll be a Clinical Lead, Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager or Clinical Head of Care, with care home, frailty/dementia experience.

You’ll be a team player, with attention to detail and a sense of fun. You’ll inspire, motivate and manage our talented team, happily taking the lead to manage everyday tasks in the absence of the Home Manager.

You’re personable and enjoy all aspects of nursing, with a positive outlook on the future of care.
