Full job description
About the role
We're a leading online coaching company for women, specialising in hormone and menopausal health. Our clients are women navigating perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause who want to feel strong, capable and in control of their health again
We're hiring an experienced, certified nutrition coach to work with these women one-to-one. You'll build genuinely personalised protocols to reduce specific menopause symptoms and adapt these protocols based on how the individual clients progress. This is skilled, hands-on coaching for a discerning clientele - not a plug-and-play meal-plan role.
The reality of this role - please read before applying
We want the right person to stay and the wrong person to self-select out, so we're being direct about what this work actually involves:
- It's emotionally demanding. You'll coach women who are frustrated, discouraged, overwhelmed and sometimes unhappy - with their progress (especially in a world that constantly promotes false super fast results on social media), or occasionally with you. You need to stay warm, calm and professional when a client pushes back or is upset, without taking it personally.
- You'll be coached, and you'll be corrected. You'll receive direct, regular feedback from your team lead and from clients, and you're expected to act on it and keep improving. We have a strong feedback culture. If being coached and challenged doesn't appeal to you, this isn't the right fit - and that's okay.
- You'll need real depth, not talking points. Our clients can tell the difference between a coach who knows the material and one who's reciting it. You'll be expected to build in depth protocols to improve chronic gut symptoms, severe poor sleep, brain fog, vasomotor symptoms and beyond
If that sounds like the environment you do your best work in, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand each client's health history, goals, and hormonal picture.
- Design and deliver personalised nutrition protocols that address the client's specific symptoms and needs - not generic templates.
- Coach clients across the areas that intersect with menopausal health: hormones, sleep, gut health, inflammation.
- Communicate clearly and with confidence one-to-one, including in difficult conversations and client escalations.
- Create educational resources to help clients understand and stick to their plans.
- Maintain accurate, thorough client records and check-in documentation each week.
- Stay current with research and continue developing your own practice in hormone and menopausal health.
What we need from you
Experience & qualifications
- Minimum 3 years coaching experience helping clients with weight, body composition, hormonal health and their relationship with food. Online experience strongly preferred.
- A degree in Nutrition and/or certification from a recognised, accredited program (e.g. Registered Dietitian, NBHWC, NASM). More than one qualification is a bonus.
- Demonstrable, hands-on experience working directly with menopausal women and their symptoms - not simply working with women who happen to be 40+.
Applied knowledge (this is what we'll test)
- You can build and explain real nutrition protocols across menopause, perimenopause, hormones, metabolism, gut health and stress - with specifics and reasoning, not just calorie and macro targets.
- You can coach a client through issues like digestive problems, energy crashes or metabolic changes with a clear method, rather than general advice.
The way you work with people
- You stay composed, warm and professional with clients who are sensitive, discouraged, or unhappy, and you can hold a difficult conversation without it rattling you.
- You're genuinely open to feedback and have a track record of acting on it. You see coaching and correction as how you get better, not as criticism to defend against.
- You're organised and self-sufficient - you can plan ahead, manage a full caseload, and take ownership of your clients' results.
Bonus
- Specialised training or certification in hormone or menopausal health.
- Experience with motivational interviewing.
Logistics
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)
- Meetings: Three team meetings per week.
- Location: 100% remote. You'll need a reliable internet connection and be comfortable with online coaching platforms, video calls and tracking software.
- Exclusivity: This is a full-time role working exclusively with us.
Compensation & benefits
We value skilled, educated coaches and look after our team well. Final packages are discussed during the process, based on your experience, qualifications and demonstrated ability.
- USA: $48,000 – $80,000+ on-target earnings (base + commission)
- UK: £35,000 – £60,000+ on-target earnings (base + commission)
In addition:
- Performance-based bonuses — we recognise and reward exceptional work.
- Continuing education support - we invest in our coaches' development.
- Genuine flexibility - set your own schedule and work from anywhere, fully remote.
How to apply
Apply with your resume and your answers to the application questions. A short cover letter explaining why this role and why you're a strong fit is welcome but optional.
Please note: applications that don't include answers to the application questions won't be considered - the questions matter to us as much as the resume.
Together, let's shape a stronger, healthier future for the women we work with.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
Application Question(s):
- 1. Tell us about your hands-on experience helping women with direct menopause symptoms (not simply working with clients who are women and 40+). What roles have you held, and what was your direct role in building menopause symptom protocols?
- 2. Approximately how many clients have you managed at one time, and when did you last work with that volume?
- 3. When could you start if offered this position?
- 4. This is a client facing role working directly with clients on a 1-1 basis, tell us about the direct experience you have doing this and what makes you a strong candidate here
