Make a difference every lunchtime!
We are looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our friendly team at Hemingbrough Community Primary School. This is a rewarding role where you will help to ensure that all pupils have a safe, happy and positive lunchtime experience.
About the Role
- Supervise children in the dining hall, playground and school grounds
- Support children in developing positive play and social skills
- Encourage good behaviour in line with the school’s values/policies
- Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all pupils
- Attend to minor first aid and welfare needs (training provided if required)
- Work as part of a supportive staff team
• Enjoys working with children • Is calm, positive and approachable
- Can build strong relationships with pupils
- Is reliable and able to work as part of a team
