Full job description

We are look for a Marketing Coordinator to join the team. Based in our Head Office in Central London,Tottenham court road you will support the Marketing Manager to execute the GB & IE marketing strategy to maximise customer experience, brand awareness and drive traffic to the stores. You will be working in collaboration with the global marketing team at Zebra A/S. This role will support the execution of our local marketing campaigns, events, social media and influencers.


What you’ll be doing:

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Support the Marketing Manager in developing a local marketing plan, in line with the global marketing strategy
  • Coordinate local marketing campaigns with sales activities, targeting audiences, incorporating local variances
  • Support central campaigns and coordinate with central Marketing function
  • Understand and deliver our brand management and corporate visual identity, in line with global plan
  • Work closely alongside the Global Marketing and Ecommerce teams

Social Media & Influencer Campaign Management

  • Manage the local social media channels
  • Execute local organic social media plans alongside the global strategy for products and brand marketing
  • Create content for local TikTok channels
  • Lead day-to-day community management
  • Lead influencer activity across peak trading moments tailored to the UK & IE market
  • Creator discovery, outreach, briefing, fee negotiation and reporting

Customer Support:

  • Engage with our online community
  • Manage local customer service emails and queries, resolving or referring any issues that arise as appropriate
  • Work closely with the Global Customer Service team

Internal Communication:

  • Collaborate closely with PR agency to facilitate product sample distribution to press contacts
  • Put together detailed market and competitor reports
  • Communicate regular marketing updates and campaigns via our internal communication platform
  • Support with colleague engagement activities and events
  • Support the wider team with branded creatives

What you’ll need:

  • Strong experience with creating and implementing a retail marketing campaign and calendar
  • Experience with social media management and content creation across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
  • Active social media user and keeps up with the latest trends
  • Experience with organising and executing retail events
  • Understanding of public relations and influencer outreach
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud
