About MantraCare:
MantraCare is a leading global digital health and wellness platform connecting qualified occupational therapists with patients across the United Kingdom through structured online consultations and guided tele-rehabilitation programs.
We empower occupational therapists in the UK to deliver evidence-based clinical care remotely using a comprehensive digital ecosystem. Our platform supports functional assessment, personalized activity planning and long-term milestone tracking. This remote occupational therapist role offers complete schedule flexibility, consistent access to patients nationwide and the freedom to focus entirely on patient rehabilitation without the expense or administrative burden of managing a physical clinic.
Role Overview:
As an Occupational Therapist with MantraCare, you will be at the forefront of digital healthcare, delivering essential rehabilitation services to clients across the United Kingdom. In this remote-first position, you will utilize our specialized telehealth platform to evaluate patients’ functional needs and develop customized intervention plans. - Conduct virtual clinical assessments to evaluate physical, sensory, cognitive or developmental barriers impacting daily activities (ADLs).
- Design and execute evidence-based, personalized occupational therapy programs matched to individual patient goals.
- Guide patients and caregivers through functional exercises, ergonomic adjustments and daily activity modifications via video sessions.
- Track rehabilitation progress, re-evaluate functional outcomes and adapt therapy plans accordingly over time.
- Advise patients and families on home modifications, assistive devices and strategies to improve independence at home, school or work.
- Maintain accurate digital patient records, treatment notes and milestone reports using MantraCare’s secure digital platform.
- Deliver ethical, patient-centered care aligned with clinical best practices and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) standards of conduct.
Requirements:
To qualify for this occupational therapist role in the United Kingdom, you should have:
- A BSc (Hons) or pre-registration MSc in Occupational Therapy from an HCPC-approved program.
- Active and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Proof of having completed 1,000 hours of practical work during your training.
- If trained overseas, completion of the HCPC international application process, including meeting English language proficiency standards such as an overall IELTS score of 7.0.
- Clinical experience in neuro-rehabilitation, pediatrics, orthopedics, mental health or geriatric occupational therapy.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet and professional room setup and a laptop/computer with a functional webcam.
- Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and delivering high-quality tele-rehabilitation services.
