About The Role:
Shift Pattern: Mon - Thu 08:00 - 15:30 30hrs and Temp Fridays until further notice 08:00 - 15:30 7.5hrs
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment, supporting the delivery of our outstanding food and drink service to clients and site visitors.
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Carrying out pot washing duties, ensuring all cookware, utensils, cutlery, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and available for service.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout all kitchen and food preparation areas, including surfaces, floors, storage areas, and waste disposal points.
- Supporting catering-related tasks within the kitchen environment and surrounding areas as required.
- Assisting with the service of food and drink during operational hours.
- Following and supporting hygiene, health & safety, and food safety procedures, including completing relevant documentation.
- Assisting with stock replenishment and the storage of deliveries.
- Ensuring cleaning schedules are completed and all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience in a kitchen porter, pot wash, catering assistant, or kitchen cleaning role is desirable.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support the wider team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
