Job Title: Crew Members/ Bar Staff

Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members and Bar Staff to join our team in a fast-paced tourism environment. These are seasonal positions running to October.

• Crew Members for our Passenger Boats
• Bar Staff for our onsite Cafe/Cocktail Bar

In these roles, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests. Whether you're assisting passengers on board or crafting cocktails at the bar, your ability to work efficiently, maintain high safety standards, and provide outstanding service will be essential.

We’re looking for individuals who are quick-thinking, eager to learn, and proactive in their approach.

Crew Member Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the boats, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Welcome, check in, and embark/disembark passengers safely.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including taking orders and upselling menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of seating and service areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Secure ropes, assist with docking, and follow first aid and emergency safety procedures.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient operations, especially during busy periods.

Bar Staff Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations , ensuring compliance with all safety and health guidelines.
• Provide top-notch customer service, including taking orders, making recommendations, and upselling drinks.
• Prepare and serve drinks
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and seating area.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the till accurately.
• Open and close the bar, following proper procedures.
• Work efficiently with team members to manage high-demand periods smoothly.
• Food Preparation.

• Safety procedures & first aid (for Crew Members)
• Cocktail making & bar operations (for Bar Staff/ Crew Members)
• Customer service excellence
• Cash handling & operational procedures

Pay: From £457.00 per week

Expected hours: 8 – 30 per week
