D Zambelis Ltd is a successful family-run company supplying tools and consumables to the stone industry throughout the UK. This year marks our 30th anniversary, and we’re looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our growing team.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, administration, warehouse operations, and dispatch. No two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy and learning different aspects of a business.

The Role

You will support the complete customer order process, helping customers, processing orders, preparing paperwork, organising dispatch, and assisting with warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customers
  • Processing customer orders by phone, email, and messaging apps
  • Taking payments and preparing paperwork
  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Printing and applying courier labels
  • Receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
  • Supporting stock control and warehouse organisation
  • Assisting with day-to-day business operations

What We’re Looking For Essential

  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Good computer skills
  • Organised and reliable
  • Ability to lift and move boxes safely
  • Reliable transport or ability to commute to South Woodham Ferrers
