Full job description

We are a property management company looking for a Full-Time Letting Advertising Assistant and Office Admin Assistant to join our team.

Location: LONDON SW7 South Kensington

Main Responsibilities:

· General office administration tasks

· Advertising properties, conducting viewings, and negotiating lettings

· Answering calls and responding to inquiries

· Bookkeeping and filing

Ideal Candidate:

· Strong knowledge of MS Excel and all Microsoft Office packages

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong all-around administration skills

· Highly organized with great attention to detail

· Able to work well under pressure and as part of a small team

· Experience in property management or accounting is beneficial but not essential

· Mandarin-speaking is a bonus !

Work Hours:

· Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM

· Saturdays may be required
