Our operations are very busy vehicle repair, service, and MOT stations dedicated to providing high-quality care for all makes and models of cars and vans. Summary

We are seeking an Office Sales Administrator experienced in motor vehicle repair garages preferably at main dealer level to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your organisational skills will be vital in maintaining efficiency in our busy environment. The role will be reporting to the garage manager.

Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Work as part of the team in performing daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage filing systems efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism.
  • Oversee scheduling for repairs and services to optimise productivity.
  • Upkeep of records for financial tracking and reporting.
  • Competitively quote and win jobs for the workshop
  • Answer the telephone and deal with each individual call.
  • Up Sell and make the most of any opportunities that arise to increase a sale whilst keeping integrity of the work needed.
  • Previous employment in the motor trade - in particular within the office environment of a vehicle repair and maintenance company

Qualifications

● Strong knowledge of the automotive industry

● Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

● Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration

● Effectively action quotations and building strong relationships with our partners

● Attention to detail and organisational skills

● Ability to work effectively in a busy team environment
