Job Overview

Bring your organisational skills and energy to your workday as an Office Assistant in this busy office, you will be assisting in our administrative operations, ensuring smooth daily functions. Duties

  • Manage incoming calls, direct enquiries, and relay messages promptly with a friendly attitude
  • Great typing skills and speed, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is highly desirable
  • Producing Invoices accurately using Quickbooks
  • Organise and maintain office supplies, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating calendars for team members using Paperdrop
  • Prepare and file documents, reports, and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency
  • Support data entry tasks and update databases to keep information current
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing packages
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for engaging with team members and customers.
