Office Administrator - non customer facing
Monday - Friday, Full - Time, 9.00am - 5.30pm
This is a permanent position.
Salary:
£26,436.80
OC Motor Repairs Ltd, established for over 10 years, is an insurance approved accident repair centre that ensures the highest quality standards are maintained, specialising in car body repairs and crash repairs.

Due to the continuous growth of our company we are looking to recruit Inbound Customer Service Advisors
Duties Include
- Day to day use of Microsoft packages, internal and external systems
- Emailing
- Distributing paperwork to site drivers to inform them of their daily duties and completing paperwork on their return to site
- Ensuring transport documentation is filed correctly for the Transport Manager to carry out audits
- invoicing jobs using audatex systems
- Carrying out additional tasks to assist the office administrator when needed
