Office Junior – Organised, Ambitious & Eager to Learn
Full-time, permanent | Rugby | 42.5 hrs/week + occasional Saturday AM (overtime)

We’re a fast-growing, family-run builders' merchant and associated businesses in Rugby, looking for a bright and confident Office Junior to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone organised, adaptable, and looking for a long-term career with room to grow.

Several previous Office Juniors have progressed into other areas of the business — and now it’s your turn!

What you’ll do:
✅ Support management and report to a Company Director
✅ Assist with accounts tasks — accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, spreadsheets
✅ Provide general admin, sales support and help across departments
✅ Input online sales orders and produce reports
✅ Help with website updates and occasional tasks linked to our semi-professional football club (e.g. programme production, social media)

What we’re looking for:
⭐ Highly organised, with a love of spreadsheets and solving problems
⭐ Confident communicator, happy to answer phones and take on varied tasks
⭐ Quick to learn, eager to get involved and help where needed

Requirements:
– 5 GCSEs (A–C / 9–4) including English & Maths
– 2 A-levels (A–C)
– Full UK driving licence and own transport
