Full job description

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer who will be responsible for the design, development, and qualification of high-performance of subsea electrical and optical connector systems for harsh offshore environments. The role involves using CAD and FEA tools to develop reliable, cost-effective solutions, conduct testing and validation. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will support product development projects from concept through to manufacture, installation, and operation. Key responsibilities include producing technical documentation, leading design reviews, supporting qualification testing, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to engineering excellence. Key Requirements:Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.3+ years' experience in subsea or high-reliability mechanical systems.Proficiency in CAD and FEA software.Strong understanding of mechanical design, sealing technologies, pressure-rated equipment, and materials selection.Knowledge of subsea production systems, connectors, testing, and relevant industry standards (API, ISO, ASME, IEC, IEEE).
