Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House person to help with the daily operations of our restaurant's front-of-house team. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong floor skills and a passion for the culinary industry, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

• Ensure excellent & efficient customer service with best practices and food safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and quality control.
• Serve on both bar & floor when required.

Skills

• Proven experience within a restaurant & bar setting.
• Strong knowledge of culinary practices, including food preparation techniques and food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with bartending practices is essential & cocktail knowledge.
• Barista knowledge of coffees
• A positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

Driving license & own transport is a must due to location.

Experienced & confidence in running own section of restaurant is key.

This is a full time role including weekends, evening & weekdays - not suitable for a student.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
