Full job description
Functional Assessor – Nurse, Physio, Paramedic or OT.
Hybrid Working (2 days from home/3 days in the Assessment Centre)
- Starting salary - £46,813 + uplifts from approval at 6 & 12 months. Salary at 12 months - £48,813
- + potential to earn an additional £2k local bonus for this site paid at 3 months.
- Guaranteed 5% quarterly bonus. Up to 10%.

The Role
Use your clinical experience to assess how health conditions impact activities of daily living, via telephone, video or in-person assessments.
You’ll produce structured, evidence-based reports — no hands-on care or shift work.
Essential Requirements
- NMC or HCPC registration
- At least 12 months’ recent UK post-registration experience practicing in the UK for the past 12 months.
- Broad clinical exposure across a range of adult conditions
- Strong clinical reasoning and written communication skills
