Job Summary

The Delivery Lead is responsible for the successful coordination and delivery of educational programmes for a designated cohort of young adults. Taking ownership of the learner journey from onboarding through to programme completion, the role ensures participants are engaged, supported, and equipped to succeed on the Skills4Living course.

The Delivery Lead plans and schedules programme activities, coordinates day-to-day logistics, and ensures venues, resources, and facilities are in place to enable smooth delivery. They provide guidance and support to a team of Peer Champions, fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. The role is also responsible for collecting monitoring and evaluation data, using learner and stakeholder feedback alongside programme outcomes to identify improvements, enhance the participant experience, and contribute to the continuous development of programme delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Education, or Business Management, or Social Sciences or similar

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years experience in education management, or skills programme delivery
  • Experience in the Further Education (FE) system and the roll out of skills programmes
  • Experience in vocational training frameworks
  • Experience working knowledge in e-learning, curriculum and classroom
  • Experience of managing, volunteers and/or young adults/people
  • Understanding of programme assessment frameworks, competency based training, and assessment processes.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, coaching, and performance management.
  • Experience in end-to-end administration of learning or equivalent programmes.
  • Analyse and use data to improve curriculum content in collaboration with design teams
  • Extensive stakeholder management capability
  • Working knowledge of E-Learning Programmes and a Learning Management System
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Package (Ms Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
