Are you a passionate Chef de Partie looking for a fast-paced role in one of Edinburgh’s most scenic restaurants? Join the Contini Team at Cannonball Restaurant & Bar or Contini George Street and work with the finest artisan produce Scotland and Italy have to offer.

Located next to Edinburgh Castle, Cannonball is a fine dining restaurant focused on traditional, sustainable Scottish food, aiming to provide memorable experiences for our customers. Contini George Street can be found on one of Edinburgh's most iconic streets, serving contemporary Italian dishes that are rooted in tradition, using produce from all over Italy. The Highlights:

  • Great Pay: £13.50/hour + generous TRONC tips (typically adding £2–£4/hour).
  • The Food: We cook from scratch using ingredients from our 70+ artisan suppliers, local suppliers, and our very own kitchen garden and Olive grove.
  • Working Times: 30 hours per week over 4 days.

As a confident and knowledgeable CDP, you’ll take charge of your section in a high-energy, professional kitchen. Working closely with our Head and Sous Chefs, you will:

  • Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, cleanliness and stock rotation.
