We are looking for athletes, charismatic gym goers and high energy people to join our competitive door to door sales team and help us grow our UK customer base by signing up new customers to our weekly fresh pasta and sauce subscription.

A bit about us:
We are a family-run business bringing a taste of Italy to London with fresh pasta and homemade sauces inspired by regional Italian dishes. Made fresh every morning, our pasta is second to non each dish includes fresh pasta, a delicious homemade sauce, and a garnish—and can be prepared in under 5 minutes!

Calling all athletes, charismatic gym goers and high energy people! This role is perfect if you're looking for flexible work that fits around training, matches and away tours. Here's what we’re looking for:

  • A Competitor at Heart: You’re confident, engaging, and enjoy connecting with different types of people. Think of this role as putting 100% in on game day to showcase your personality!
  • Sales Star: You thrive in a goal-oriented environment and have enough self esteem that you aren’t fazed by a little rejection.
  • Pasta Lover: You have a genuine passion for fresh, authentic food (and maybe even a soft spot for Italian cuisine).
  • Flexible and Available: You’re ready to commit to at least 3 shifts a week and can adapt your schedule to suit the role.

Must be 18 or older. A bit about the role: This role is all about creating meaningful interactions with people while promoting an authentic Italian product. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Face-to-Face Sales: Engage with Londoners on their door steps, sharing your enthusiasm for our pasta, and signing them up to our pasta subscription plan while representing our brand in a fun and genuine way.
  • Insanely Easy Sell: With a discounted offer on their first purchase, we have made this a no brainer for anyone who loves Pasta.
  • Building Relationships: Develop a great rapport with customers, making every interaction feel comfortable and natural.
  • Hitting Targets: This is a target-driven role—ideal for someone who thrives on setting and smashing goals.
  • Flexible Shifts: Work an average of 6-hour shifts, with the freedom to choose which days (Monday to Sunday) suit your schedule.
  • London Locations: Most shifts are based in and around South West London, so being centrally located or easily commutable is important.

What we offer: We want this role to work for you, and here’s how:

  • Paid Training: We’ll provide everything you need to succeed, from product knowledge to sales tips and techniques.
  • Uncapped Commission: Earn as much as you’re willing to hustle! On target earnings of £100–£150 per day are easily achievable, with top performers often taking home upwards of £300 per day.
  • Flexible Schedule: This gig is designed to fit around your lifestyle—ideal for working around your training schedule and game days. If you are good enough, you can also hit a sales target as fast as possible and go!

This is LONDON BASED role only. If successful, we’ll invite you to a 20-minute phone interview and a training day at our Nonna Tonda HQ.
