About the Role
10x Team connects expert freelance professionals with leading AI labs to build next-generation solutions. We are seeking skilled employment lawyers (EU/UK) to enhance the quality, accuracy, and legal relevance of AI-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and refine AI-generated content related to employment law concepts, case studies, compliance scenarios, and best practices
Assess AI outputs for legal accuracy, practical relevance, and alignment with current employment law standards
Develop realistic employment law scenarios using your professional expertise
Draft scenario variations representing perspectives of lawyers, clients, HR professionals, and regulators
Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or faulty reasoning in AI-generated legal material
Apply your legal background to ensure training data mirrors authentic legal analysis, documentation, and decision-making processes

About You:

Senior-level employment lawyer with substantial professional experience in the EU or UK
Deep understanding of employment law, compliance issues, and practical case management
Skilled in critiquing legal documents, contracts, and regulatory frameworks
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of offering actionable feedback independently
Available 8–20 hours weekly and able to respond promptly
Residency in the UK or EU is required

AI Lab work is often highly confidential as this exposes information of what an AI Lab is working on, and project requests are unpredictable. When an AI Lab request comes in, we often need to respond within 24 hours with suitable talent.

Matching depends on the specific needs of each AI Lab project and your niche expertise. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects when suitable opportunities arise.

This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.
