Bank Counsellor

The Police Treatment Centre, Castlebrae

Castleton Road, Auchterarder, Perthshire PH3 1AG

Salary £21.38 per hour

Rota: 9am – 4.30pm Tuesday-Thursday

Join our dedicated team at the Police Treatment Centre in Auchterarder where we provide high quality, patient focused care and rehabilitation to support the health and wellbeing of the policing profession.

We are inviting applications from counsellors to work with us on a bank basis, If you are an experienced counsellor who can provide one to one counselling based on short term brief therapy and also be prepared to present occasional group workshops on subjects such as resilience building, stress awareness and coping strategies, we would love to hear from you. Accredited membership of BACP and experience of working with emergency service personnel would be an advantage. Who we’re looking for:

  • Experienced counsellor with a recognised qualification.
  • Member of the British Association of Counselling.
  • Minimum of 5 yrs post qualification experience in a relevant environment.
  • Passionate about supporting the wellbeing of the policing profession.
