Local Marketing Manager – London

Location: London

Contract: up to £45,000 pa, full-time

Reporting to: Marketing Director

Brand: The Good Care Group

We're looking for an experienced Local Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity across London. This is a hands-on role focused on driving high-quality enquiries, building strong local partnerships, and increasing brand awareness within the communities we serve.

You'll combine strategic thinking with practical execution across digital marketing, local SEO, community engagement, healthcare partnerships and events, helping position The Good Care Group as the trusted provider of home care in London.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a local marketing plan outlining channels, targets and timetables which are aligned with national business objectives.
  • Drive high-quality enquiries through local marketing campaigns, referral partnerships and community engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key local stakeholders, including hospitals, GPs, occupational therapists, charities, community organisations and healthcare professionals.
  • Manage and optimise local digital marketing activity, including local social media and paid social campaigns.
  • Produce and coordinate London-specific marketing content, case studies, landing pages and promotional materials.
  • Represent The Good Care Group at local networking events, healthcare forums, dementia cafés, carer groups and community initiatives.
  • Identify and secure local PR opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and credibility.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics and provide regular reporting and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with Care Advisors, Operations and the wider Marketing team to improve customer experience and enquiry conversion.
  • Develop materials (in conjunction with fulfilment agencies) to optimise campaigns (both digital and off line)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in local or regional marketing, ideally within healthcare, social care or professional services.
  • Proven success delivering lead generation campaigns and improving enquiry conversion.
  • Strong understanding of local marketing channels, including digital, paid social and community marketing.
  • Experience developing referral partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create written content for both digital and print channels
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring marketing performance and ROI.
  • Experience producing localised marketing content and campaign materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively and work independently.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the London region.

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
