£27.00 per hour -

  • Pay is based on ticks complete on students - as opposted to hourly rate - so key to make sure you keep up to date on your register - if full day equates £27ph

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team.

This role requires a commitment to educational excellence and the ability to inspire students to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
  • Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, inclusion, and collaboration among students.
  • Utilise various teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behaviour.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and improve overall educational practices.

Requirements

  • Full DBS.
  • Music Teaching Experience
  • Pay is based on ticks complete on students - as opposted to hourly rate - so key to make sure you keep up to date on your register.
  • Lessons will run 3 school terms a year - 5 lessons in each half of term (10 per term)
  • You will recieve a timetable from Piano Fun Club, and we will indicate lesson length and if they are paired or individual.
  • Experience teaching younger children.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education.
  • Experience in classroom management and creating an inclusive learning environment is desirable.
  • Proficiency in using technology as a teaching tool is advantageous.
