Full job description

Holly Grove Consulting is expanding, and we are looking for a Junior Integration Consultant with a technical background. The role blends technical (low-code) and project management work, gathering requirements from end customers, designing solutions, implementing those designs, and owning full end-to-end projects and processes.

Who are Holly Grove:

We specialise in integration and business systems consultancy, helping clients across financial services, manufacturing, logistics, and other sectors streamline and modernise their business processes through core system integrations, document generation, and broader systems connectivity. We are a small, experienced team that values innovation, autonomy, and delivering meaningful results.

What You Will Do

This role combines technical configuration work with project delivery responsibilities.

You will:

Support end-to-end delivery of client integration projects

Configure and build solutions using low-code platforms across core systems, document generation tools, and integration middleware, full training is provided, though a proactive approach to self-learning is expected and encouraged

Work directly with clients to capture requirements and translate them into technical configurations

Coordinate project timelines, risks, and resources

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

Travel occasionally to customer sites worldwide, typically only a few times per year and rarely beyond one week at a time

This is a fully remote role, but applicants must be based in the UK.

Who We Are Looking For

You must have:

A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar)

Strong organisational or project coordination skills

Clear, confident communication skills

Solid analytical and problem-solving ability

Motivation to learn quickly and work collaboratively

Willingness to travel internationally when needed

Additional experience that would be advantageous:

Candidates demonstrating strong technical aptitude, whether through a degree, self-study, or practical experience are encouraged to apply

Familiarity with Core Banking platforms, ERP systems, integration platforms, or document generation solutions is a plus

Experience in consulting or client-facing environments is welcomed

Why Join Us

Fully remote, UK-based working

Hands-on experience with modern low-code and integration tools

Exposure to a broad range of technologies across Financial Services, ERP, document generation, and systems integration

Opportunities for international client exposure

Supportive team and structured development

Real ownership of your work and clear progression paths

To begin your application, record a short video of yourself explaining why you think you would be a good fit for the role. Upload it to a video sharing platform (YouTube, etc.) and email the link to info@hollygrove.io
