Job Summary:

To support efficient production and packaging operations by ensuring products are manufactured, packed, and dispatched accurately, safely, and in line with quality standards. The role focuses on maintaining high productivity, reducing waste, and contributing to continuous improvement within the production environment.

Shift Hours: Monday to Thursday, 2:30 PM –11:00 PM; Friday, 11:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work efficiently to minimise operational costs while maintaining high standards of productivity.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures, company policies, and conduct regulations at all times.
  • Monitor performance and contribute to achieving 100% delivery accuracy targets.
  • Pack and prepare orders in line with relevant manufacturing specifications and quality requirements.
  • Contribute new ideas and process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall performance.
  • Utilise quality documentation throughout production processes to ensure a “right first time” approach.
  • Identify and escalate key issues using appropriate documentation and through effective communication channels and meetings.
  • Collaborate and communicate professionally with all colleagues to support a positive and productive working environment.

Personal Specifications:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
  • Good understanding of health & safety in a production setting
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
