• Champion Oakley technology: translate advanced lens and frame innovation into meaningful benefits patients can understand and trust.
• Build lasting relationships: create a welcoming, inclusive experience where patients feel seen, supported and confident in their care.
• Work collaboratively: partner closely with the retail team to deliver a seamless, premium customer journey from test to dispense.
• Uphold clinical standards: ensure all examinations, records and processes meet regulatory, professional and brand expectations.
• Stay future‑focused: continue developing your clinical skills and product knowledge through Oakley and EssilorLuxottica training.
