Optometrist – Oakley®
Push limits. Raise standards. See the world differently.
Oakley is built for people who don’t stand still. Athletes, innovators and everyday challengers who rely on clarity, protection and performance to operate at their best. At the heart of that is vision, crafted through innovation, purpose and precision.
We’re looking for an Optometrist who cares as deeply about people as they do about performance. Someone who delivers exceptional clinical care, builds real customer trust, and brings Oakley’s performance DNA to life through every patient interaction.
What you’ll do
- Deliver exceptional eye care: conduct comprehensive eye examinations with clinical excellence, professionalism and confidence.
- Put the patient first: listen carefully, explain clearly and tailor recommendations to genuinely support each individual’s lifestyle and needs.
- Champion Oakley technology: translate advanced lens and frame innovation into meaningful benefits patients can understand and trust.
- Build lasting relationships: create a welcoming, inclusive experience where patients feel seen, supported and confident in their care.
- Work collaboratively: partner closely with the retail team to deliver a seamless, premium customer journey from test to dispense.
- Uphold clinical standards: ensure all examinations, records and processes meet regulatory, professional and brand expectations.
- Stay future‑focused: continue developing your clinical skills and product knowledge through Oakley and EssilorLuxottica training.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for capability with the right mindset. You’ll thrive here if you:
- Are a GOC‑registered Optometrist with a commitment to best‑practice care
- Take pride in high clinical standards and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and confidently with patients from all backgrounds
- Are curious about innovation and open to new technologies
- Bring calm, professionalism and assurance to your practice
- Value teamwork and shared success
Why Oakley?
Because Oakley redefines what performance optics can be.
You’ll work with some of the most advanced eyewear technology in the industry, designed for protection, precision and clarity, while being supported by structured clinical training and a brand that believes vision is fundamental to human potential.
This is a place where clinical credibility and brand purpose meet.
Ready?
If you’re ready to deliver expert care, inspire patient confidence, and help people see what’s possible.
Apply now.
