Optical Consultant

Location: Wells

At Boots Opticians, we are dedicated to providing exceptional eye care services and products to our community. Our team of professionals is committed to enhancing the vision and quality of life for our clients. We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Optical Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert advice on eyewear products, lenses, and optical solutions to clients.

- Conduct pre screening assessments as required.

- Assist customers in selecting suitable frames and lenses based on their needs and preferences.

- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyewear and optical technology.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Handle administrative tasks, including inventory management and appointment scheduling.

- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in optical sales.

- Strong knowledge of optical products, lens types, and frame styles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- A relevant certification or qualification in optics is a plus.
