  • Deliver exceptional customer service, understanding each customer's unique needs.
  • Monitor our patients on our Myopia Management programs
  • Educate customers on the best lens options and coatings to enhance their visual experience.
  • Support your colleagues by sharing your knowledge and expertise, ensuring our clinical and customer service standards are always met.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in eyewear, ensuring our customers receive the best recommendations.
  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently, from processing orders to maintaining accurate customer records.

Who We're Looking For:

  • The ability to work Saturdays
