Host / Hostess, Food & Beverage
Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London is looking for a Host / Hostess to join our Food and Beverage team.

As a Host / Hostess at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and stock of the restaurant menus.
  • Greeting, escorting and seating the guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Ensuring that guests are seated according to their requirements.
  • Logging in any information about special requirements, preferences from the guests and using it to give the special touch to the service.
  • Ensuring that tables are appropriately cleared and re-set according to reservation plans.
  • Following up on any special requests related to reservations.
  • Liaising with the managers regarding any relevant guest requirements.

As a Host / Hostess, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
