Groundsman / Gardener (Full-Time – Career Progression)About the Role

We are a growing property services company working across Oxfordshire. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team full-time.

This is a hands-on role involving outdoor work in all weather conditions. You will be working on a range of properties carrying out garden maintenance, clearance, and general outdoor work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lawn mowing, hedge cutting, pruning, and general garden maintenance
  • Planting and arrangement (soft landscaping)
  • Clearing gardens, removing waste, and site tidy-ups
  • Assisting with tree work when required
  • Using tools such as strimmers, hedge cutters, blowers, and mowers
  • Working as part of a small team to complete jobs efficiently

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable and turns up on time every day
  • knowledge about plants and maintaining them
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual outdoor work
  • Good attitude and willing to learn
  • Able to work in a team and follow instructions
  • Some experience in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor work preferred
  • Basic knowledge of plants, pruning, and garden maintenance is an advantage
  • Driving licence preferred but not essential
