Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. In this vital role, you will contribute significantly to our mission of providing exemplary care and support to guests on their recovery journeys.

About You
A nursing career at Delamere is an opportunity to work closely with a small cohort of guests. As a team player you will be an excellent communicator.
You will be motivated by outcomes – our 'why' - and will be excited to join a purpose-led organisation who strive to get better every day. You will have a sharp eye for detail and experience in accurately completing audits, care plans and medication logs.
Experience in working in detoxification is not required as training and supervision will be provided. As a Delamere Nurse you will operate as an integral part of the clinical team supported by our Head of Clinical Care, our doctor, and senior management, all of whom have a wealth of experience in addiction treatment. You will be involved in all aspects of our guest's clinical care at Delamere with a focus on those guests in the detox phase of our treatment program.
Essential Requirements
Current first level NMC registration
Able to demonstrate excellent assessment skills and have knowledge of a range of assessment tools that may be used to inform person-centred care planning.
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience of working in drug and alcohol services
Handling of Controlled Drugs
Working Pattern
36.75 hours per week
Shifts are 12.25 hours, Days, nights and weekends are required.
Salary
£33,948- £40,843 / annum [FTE] Pro rata for part time
