About us
Skiddaw Transport is a local delivery company with depots based in Carlisle and Gretna. We run delivery routes for FedEx, DHL, InPost and UPS across Cumbria and the borders. We're a small team and we look after our drivers. We're growing and need reliable multi-drop drivers to grow with us.

The role
You'll load up at the depot each morning and deliver parcels to homes and businesses on a regular route, through towns, villages and the countryside. It's steady, regular work where you get to know your patch, and there's a team behind you if anything goes wrong on the road.

Pay

• Owner driver using your own van: up to £210/day + VAT, which is up to £1,260/week + VAT
• Company van driver: up to £135/day + VAT, which is up to £810/week + VAT, with a modern van, fuel and insurance all included
• Paid monthly

*£250 referral bonus is paid once the driver you've referred to drive with us has completed 15 shifts. Weekly figures are based on working six days at the standard applicable daily rate. Owner-driver earnings are before fuel, insurance and vehicle running costs. VAT is payable in addition only where the driver is VAT registered and provides a valid VAT invoice.
