We are seeking an outgoing, dynamic and highly organised Personal Assistant / Content & Media Specialist to join our London W1 team.

This is a varied and hands-on role for someone who combines excellent organisational and communication skills with advanced photography, videography and editing abilities. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a clinical environment and capturing, editing and managing professional photographic and video content, including surgical procedures.

Key responsibilities

· Provide day-to-day personal and administrative assistance, helping to organise a busy professional schedule and activities.

· Photograph and video clinical and surgical activity to a high professional standard.

· Edit clinical photographs and videos, including surgical footage, with discretion and attention to detail.

· Organise and maintain a large photographic and video library, ensuring files are correctly catalogued, backed up and easily accessible.

· Create polished videos, presentations and PowerPoint presentations for professional, educational and marketing purposes.

· Generate regular photographic and video content from day-to-day clinical activity.

· Plan, produce and edit content suitable for different audiences and platforms.

· Manage multiple social-media and digital platforms in an organised and consistent manner, including YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.

· Assist with developing and maintaining a strong digital and marketing presence.

· Coordinate content schedules, uploads and archives across multiple platforms.

· Work proactively and independently, identifying opportunities to improve content, organisation and workflow.

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

· Outgoing, personable and confident.

· Highly organised, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities.

· A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail.

· Highly proficient in photography and videography.

· An advanced user of photo and video editing software.

· Experienced in creating professional presentations and visual content.

· Comfortable filming and working around clinical and surgical procedures.

· Familiar with managing social-media platforms and creating platform-specific content.

· Technically confident, adaptable and quick to learn new systems.

· Discreet and professional when handling confidential clinical material.

· Able to work proactively without requiring constant supervision.

· Commercially minded, with an understanding of how high-quality content can support professional reputation and marketing.

Essential skills

Advanced photo and video editing skills are essential. Experience with professional editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or equivalent would be highly desirable.

Experience with PowerPoint, social-media management, digital asset management and content creation is also strongly preferred.

The role

This is a full-time, London W1-based position offering considerable variety and responsibility. It would suit an energetic individual who enjoys combining PA responsibilities, photography, videography, editing, content creation, organisation and digital marketing within a fast-paced professional environment.

Salary: Negotiable and dependent on experience, technical ability and proficiency.
