We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and dynamic Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive in-person support for a fast-paced digital brand and content creator. The ideal candidate will be a true right-hand person, managing a busy schedule, coordinating events, handling travel logistics, and acts as a central point of contact for our existing specialist staff. This role is ideal for a motivated, highly flexible individual who thrives in a dynamic creative environment rather than a traditional corporate office.

Travel & Event Logistics: Organizing complex travel arrangements, booking locations, and coordinating event logistics.

Team Coordination: Serving as a reliable point of contact to liaise and communicate with other internal team members (editors, social media managers, security).

On-Hand Event Support: Traveling with the director and being on hand during content shoots, events, and business trips to assist with on the ground management.

Administrative Excellence: Managing professional correspondence and filtering tasks efficiently while maintaining total confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements & Experience

Proven PA Experience: Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant dealing with fast moving schedules.

High Flexibility: Able and willing to travel frequently for events and shoots as required.

Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a confident, professional approach when contacting staff, collaborators, and venues.

Tech Savvy: Proficient with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs), messaging apps, and standard digital organization tools.

Reliability & Discretion: High level of trustworthiness and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must have a full UK driving license and be able to commute for full time, in person operations.

Pay: £27,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Free or subsidised travel
  • Work from home
