Roles of this type sit within organisations undergoing significant digital transformation or technology delivery programmes. You could be supporting the coordination of multiple workstreams, managing stakeholder expectations across business and technical teams, and ensuring that governance, risk and reporting frameworks keep programmes moving forward. The work could involve facilitating Agile ceremonies, refining delivery roadmaps, managing budgets and identifying risks early so that mitigation happens before issues escalate. Depending on the assignment, you might also contribute to process improvement, financial analysis and user story creation in collaboration with product and delivery teams.

What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

• Coordinating end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, keeping programmes aligned to timelines and milestones
• Managing project risk, issues and dependencies; escalating blockers early and proposing mitigation
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives) and supporting the delivery team
• Producing and maintaining governance reporting, dashboards and status updates for senior stakeholders
• Collaborating with product, technical and business teams on user story refinement and backlog prioritisation
• Contributing to financial oversight, budget tracking and process improvement initiatives
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and performance of delivery teams where required

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

• 3–5+ years' experience in end-to-end project or programme delivery, ideally in a technology or digital transformation environment
• Demonstrated delivery and governance experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
• Working knowledge of project delivery frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid) and experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
• Strong skills in risk and issue management, reporting and escalation
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting and process improvement
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
• Comfortable working on a contract basis and adapting quickly to client environments

Nice-to-have experience:

• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner)
• User story creation and backlog refinement in Agile environments
• Experience supporting cross-functional delivery teams or leading small delivery groups
