About the opportunity

This is an opportunity to register your interest in future Transformation Manager opportunities within organisations undertaking significant change initiatives. Transformation Manager positions typically sit within dynamic, collaborative environments where you would work alongside leadership teams, operational stakeholders and cross-functional groups to drive change delivery. The work could involve coordinating delivery performance improvements, facilitating process change and supporting organisations in realising the benefits of transformation initiatives.

What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

  • Coordinating transformation and change delivery programmes across multiple departments or functions
  • Developing and maintaining project timelines, milestones and status reporting for leadership and stakeholders
  • Facilitating process improvement and delivery performance enhancement activities
  • Supporting financial analysis and impact assessment of transformation initiatives
  • Collaborating with operational teams to embed change and deliver sustainable improvements
  • Managing stakeholder communication and engagement throughout transformation cycles
  • Contributing to the identification and resolution of delivery obstacles and risks

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

  • 3–5 years' experience in transformation, change management, project delivery or process improvement roles
  • Demonstrated experience in delivery performance improvement or operational change
  • Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies and financial analysis techniques
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple organisational levels
  • Proficiency in project planning tools and agile delivery coordination
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
  • Authorization to work in the United Kingdom

Nice-to-have experience could include:

  • Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent)
  • Exposure to financial modelling or business case development
  • Experience in regulated or complex multi-stakeholder environments
