Full job description

We are a busy, growing print and display company based in Central London, delivering high-quality digital print and bespoke display solutions for a wide range of clients. We’re looking for a smart, capable, hands-on individual who has some print experience and wants to grow within the industry.

This role would suit someone practical, switched-on, and organised an all-rounder who enjoys variety and takes pride in producing excellent work.

Location: Central London (must be able to commute)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm (occasional overtime during busy periods)

JOB ROLE:

  • Assisting with digital print production (small and large format)
  • Basic artwork setup and file preparation (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Finishing, trimming, mounting and preparing jobs for dispatch
  • Installing vinyl graphics (windows, walls, signage – basic installs minimum)
  • General workshop duties and maintaining production workflow
  • Supporting the team to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

✅ Some hands-on print industry experience
✅ Basic vinyl installation experience
✅ Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (artwork skills a strong bonus)
✅ Good IT skills and confident working with files
✅ Practical, organised and detail focused
✅ Smart, proactive and willing to learn
✅ Able to work efficiently under pressure

We’re looking for someone reliable and motivated, not necessarily an expert in everything, but someone capable, adaptable, and keen to develop into a strong print all-rounder.
