Role Summary:

NVLTY is seeking a Paid Social Executive to help run and scale our campaigns across Meta and TikTok. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll build, launch, and optimise campaigns that drive profitable customer acquisition across our UK and international markets. This is great opportunity for someone early in their performance marketing career to build deep platform expertise inside a fast growing fashion brand.

What you'll do

  • Build, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms, working with senior leadership on direction.
  • Manage setup, audience targeting, and day to day optimisation to improve ROAS and reduce CAC across the full funnel.
  • Help manage and pace spend against ROAS and CAC targets, and flag chances to shift budget toward the best performing audiences, placements, and creative.
  • Work with the Creative team to brief, traffic, and test ad creative at pace, using performance data to identify winning concepts.
  • Pull together regular reports tracking ROAS, CAC, spend, and new customer acquisition, surfacing insights for smarter decisions.
  • Keep up to date with platform changes and new ad formats, and collaborate with CRM, Finance, and Merchandising in line with the trading calendar.

What you'll need

  • 1 to 3 years of hands on paid social experience, ideally in DTC/ecommerce fashion or lifestyle
  • Practical experience in Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager
  • A strong analytical eye and interest in commercial performance, comfortable working toward ROAS and CAC targets
  • Solid understanding of full funnel paid social, audiences, and creative testing
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel, GA4, and Shopify
  • Eagerness to learn attribution and measurement fundamentals

Applicants will complete a short paid social strategy task as part of the interview, proposing a campaign structure and budget split for a given revenue target.
