Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career within the property industry, providing comprehensive training and exposure to all aspects of lettings. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the lettings team in managing property viewings, client enquiries, and administrative tasks, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This paid position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in real estate and gain valuable industry experience.

Duties

  • Assist with organising property viewings and open days for prospective tenants
  • Respond promptly to client enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Support the preparation of tenancy agreements and other documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of property listings and client interactions
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to coordinate appointments and gather necessary information
  • Provide administrative support to the lettings team, including filing and data entry
  • Develop a good understanding of the local property market to better assist clients
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by updating online listings and promotional materials

Experience

  • Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for engaging with clients effectively
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous in serving a diverse client base
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about the property industry
  • Ability to work well within a team whilst also demonstrating independence when required
