Location: Hereford & Worcestershire
Rate: £180 per day
Contract: Self-Employed

HRA Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team, working across the Hereford & Worcestershire area.

We are looking for a reliable, skilled tradesperson who takes pride in their workmanship and can deliver a high-quality finish across a range of domestic properties.

The Role

As a Painter & Decorator, you will be responsible for carrying out internal and external painting and decorating works, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, professionally and to a high standard.

Duties may include:

  • Preparing surfaces prior to painting and decorating
  • Painting walls, ceilings, woodwork and other surfaces
  • Filling, sanding and making good surfaces
  • Applying wallpaper and other decorative finishes where required
  • Completing preparation and finishing works to a high standard
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
  • Have excellent attention to detail and pride in their workmanship
  • Be confident working independently
  • Be reliable, professional and customer-focused
  • Have their own tools and suitable transport
  • Be able to work across the Hereford & Worcestershire area
  • Have a strong understanding of health and safety
  • Be able to deliver a consistently high-quality finish
