Job Overview

Are you looking for long term work?

Whitespace Group (Leeds) – we’re looking to add some quality painters and decorators to our team. Work will be mainly price work, with some day work from time to time. If you can carry out work to a quality standard, reliable and able to work on price, then please feel free to apply.

Average weekly earnings between £900.00-£1250.00 (Price work average earnings)

Average weekly earnings between £760.00-£900.00 (Day work average earnings)

We are seeking skilled, professional and reliable painters and decorators to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience with various commercial, industrial & residential projects and possess the correct skill set, attitude and efficiency to carry out works throughout West Yorkshire and further afield when required. This role requires proactive individuals who are reliable, trustworthy and punctual, adhering to project timelines and quality standards.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Carry out work to the correct standard and timescales
  • Drive to various job locations as required
  • Communicate effectively with our in-house management team
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times
  • Follow safety protocols and regulations on all job sites
  • Report progress and any issues encountered during projects to the relevant person within the company
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Valid BLUE CSCS card in painting and decorating
  • A valid driver's licence and own vehicle to travel to work
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective communication
