Full job description

Job Overview
Restoria Classics specialise in the restoration and repair of a wide range of Classic Vehicles alongside bespoke modifications and Restomod conversions. We are based in Brooke in South Norfolk.

We are looking for a candidate to join our small team who takes pride in their work whilst also achieving time schedules to ensure we achieve projects within our budgets.

You must have a a comparable role in an automotive Bodyshop of Classic Car business. If you have Fabrication / Welding / Mechanical skills alongside this would be a positive for this role as our work ebbs and flows between these skills.

All applicants must have at least 5 years recent experience working within this environment as a painter & prepper and be willing to carry out w wide range of restoration tasks.

Your responsibilities would include :

-Painting a wide range of vehicles from minor repairs to full body resprays, including Smart Repairs.

-Masking and priming and filler work

-Flatting and polishing, including quality control and using a detailing light to ensure a perfect finish

-Painting vehicle mechanical, underbody and miscellaneous components

-Applying underbody coatings and carrying out post repair anti corrosion protection

Essential Skills

-Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your work

-Ability to meet deadlines without constant supervision

-At least 5 years experience as a painter/ prepper

-Have good communication skills and a positive 'Can Do' attitude

-Hold a full UK driving licence

-Live within commuting distance of NR15 1JE.

Pay: £35,000.00-£37,500.00 per year
