We are seeking a skilled Industrial Spray Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spray painting, with the ability to work effectively in a paint booth environment, preferably using airless spray painting equipment, . This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes on various industrial components.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as necessary.
• Operate power tools and hand tools for painting tasks.
• Apply paint using various techniques, ensuring an even and durable finish.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Ensuring that all necessary quality standards are being achieved and correctly recorded.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.

Experience

• Proven experience in industrial spray painting or a related field is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work is crucial.
