Full job description

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual to join Natta Plant at our Head Office in Farnham. This is a hands-on role supporting the preparation, maintenance, and presentation of our plant fleet.

Duties will include :

  • preparing and painting machinery
  • carrying out basic fabrication and repairs
  • ensuring plant and equipment are cleaned, presentable, and ready for site

The role is key to maintaining the high standards expected across the Natta Group.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a good eye for detail, and is willing to get stuck in across a variety of tasks. Experience in plant, fabrication, or machinery painting is highly desirable, along with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, organised, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
