DS Projects Ltd are looking to expand their team again .
We have an opening for a new team member to work within our housing contracts .
We pride ourselves on having an excellent reputation with our clients and you will have the opportunity to widen your own skills whilst being part of our team .
The preferred candidate will show a high level of maturity, responsibility and a desire to complete projects to an extremely high standard within the allocated timeframe. We have a close team that are able to work individually and also on projects together, and the successful candidate will be someone that we believe can add to our team ethic, camaraderie and pace and skill of work. We pride ourselves on ensuring all of our decorating team have sufficient time on a project to deliver their best work. You don't have to be the quickest, do you do have to be the best.

Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes as necessary.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Select appropriate materials and colours based on client preferences and project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on design choices.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition, reporting any issues as necessary.
- Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring punctuality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in painting and decorating is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- A valid driving licence is essential for travelling between job locations.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials is an advantage.
