Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for transforming spaces through colour and design. This role involves working on various projects, including residential and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes as necessary.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Select appropriate materials and techniques for each project to achieve the desired finish.
• Communicate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on colour schemes and design options.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored safely.
• Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled work.

Skills

• Proficiency in painting techniques and knowledge of different types of paints and finishes.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with clients and team members.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Capability to drive to multiple locations as needed for job assignments.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
