Full job description

Join a Female-Led Team That Actually Cares About Craft, Clients, and Each Other.

At Allpoints Painters & Decorators, we’re not just another decorating company, we’re a close-knit, female-led team that takes real pride in raising standards across the industry. We believe great decorating isn’t rushed, messy, or transactional. It’s thoughtful, precise, and built on trust. We’ve grown through reputation, not shortcuts. Our clients expect high standards, clear communication, and a team they feel comfortable having in their homes, and that’s exactly what we deliver. Now, we’re looking for the right person to join us who has a minimum of 5 years experience on the tools.

What Makes Us Different.

This isn’t a “just get it done” kind of workplace.

We care about:

  • The quality of our finishes
  • The experience our clients have with us
  • The environment we create as a team

Being female-led shapes how we work. There’s strong communication, mutual respect, and zero tolerance for ego or sloppy standards. We support each other, hold high expectations, and take pride in doing things properly. If you’ve worked in environments that felt rushed, chaotic, or undervalued—you’ll notice the difference here immediately.

The Role

You’ll be working on a range of residential and light commercial decorating projects, representing the Allpoints brand on-site. You will be on sites within South East Kent, between areas of Dartford and Folkstone.

That means:

  • Delivering high-quality painting and decorating work
  • Maintaining clean, organised workspaces
  • Communicating professionally with clients
  • Taking ownership of your work and standards

We don’t micromanage—but we do expect consistency and pride in what you produce.

Who This Is For

This role will suit someone who:

  • Takes genuine pride in their work and notices the details
  • Wants to be part of a supportive, respectful team
  • Is reliable, professional, and communicates well
  • Values working in a calm, organised environment
  • Is open to learning and improving, even if experienced

You don’t need to be perfect—but you do need to care.

Who This Is Not For

This won’t be the right fit if you:

  • Cut corners or rush jobs to “get through the day”
  • Struggle with timekeeping or reliability
  • Don’t enjoy working as part of a team
  • Prefer informal, unstructured work environments
  • Don’t take feedback well or resist improving

We protect our standards and our team culture carefully.

Why Join Allpoints?

Because you’ll actually enjoy where you work.

You’ll be part of a business that:

  • Respects your time and your effort
  • Values quality over speed
  • Is building something long-term, not just chasing jobs
  • Has a strong, supportive team culture
  • Is proud to be female-led in a traditionally male-dominated industry
  • Offers in house and external training to refine or master new skills

This is a place where your work matters—and so do you.

Ready to Apply?

If you’re looking for more than just another decorating job—if you want to be part of a team that genuinely cares about what they do—we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now and tell us a bit about your experience and why this role feels like the right fit for you.
