Handy Person Overview:

You will need to have a DBS check.

Candidate needs to have a full driving licence for a manual gear car.

Candidates do not have to have worked as hand person in professional life - but must be able to do all of the above tasks and more if required.

Duties:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing drywall.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Install fixtures and appliances.
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests

-Check and clean cars

-clean windows

-Mow lawns and maintain gardens

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills.
