Multi-Skilled Operative

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to join our growing bathroom, kitchen and property refurbishment team on a full-time basis.

This is a varied role for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail and is confident across several trades.

Your Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Carpentry, including framing, boxing-in, fitting and finishing work.
• Painting and decorating, including preparation, filling and finishing.
• Plastering and making good to a professional standard.
• Completing finishing works on bathroom and kitchen installations.
• Silicone, caulking and final detailing.
• Carrying out final project walk-throughs and completing any outstanding finishing items.
• Supporting our installation teams with general multi-trade works where required.
• Keeping customers' properties clean, organised and protected throughout the works.
• Ensuring projects are left clean, tidy and ready for customer handover.

Attention to detail is a major part of this role. You will often be one of the last members of our team on site, so we need someone who takes ownership of the final finish and takes pride in leaving every project completed properly.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience across multiple trades, particularly carpentry, decorating and plastering.
• Experience within bathroom, kitchen or property refurbishment would be advantageous.
• Confident using a wide range of hand and power tools.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organisation and time management.
• Professional and respectful when working in customers' homes.
• Good understanding of health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to take responsibility for your work.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
